To design and conduct holistic learning assessment which moves away from the marks-based system, and assesses students to improve their learning.

To affiliate schools and other educational institutions in NCT of Delhi and across the country.

To ensure equitable and inclusive education for all students
To shift from rote memorization to competency based learning mechanism and assess students on high order skills and critical thinking apart conceptual clarity
To develop curriculum and assessments framework and ensure its implementation in the schools affiliated to the Board
To offer a wide spectrum of foundational and specialised courses for developing 21st century skills
To facilitate assessment cycle such that it feedbacks to the further teaching learning transactions
To design and develop assessments based on the strengthening relevant attitude, values, skills and readiness for the next stage
To design and conduct assessments and issue certificates to its successful learners
To involve all stakeholders i.e. teachers, peers, parents and the community for the child’s development and learning
To organize continuous professional development of teachers and head of the schools
To promote quality of teaching and learning through continuous monitoring and support
To formulate and implement the policies, terms and condition related to affiliation of schools
To maintain equivalence of standards with global education system while retaining its own distinct local context
